Scope: To assist client’s personnel in performing the design, engineering, study, installation, commissioning, material inspection, planning, scheduling, cost estimation and O&M of client’s facilities. Development of the preliminary design criteria, engineering / construction standards, material standard specifications, O&M standards. Technical evaluation of bidder’s proposals, review of vendors’ drawings, start-up and operating manuals, construction designs and construction drawings.
Approach: Provide engineering and technical support across design, installation, commissioning, inspection, planning, cost estimation, and O&M, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
