Client: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)
Scope: To perform engineering support services, project management and supervision services for generation projects execution department at west, south, central and east operating areas. Assist client’s personnel in performing the design, engineering, study, installation, commissioning, material inspection, planning, scheduling, cost estimation and O&M of client’s facilities. Development of the preliminary design criteria, engineering / construction standards, material standard specifications, O&M standards. Technical evaluation of bidder’s proposals, review of vendors’ drawings, start-up and operating manuals, construction designs and construction drawings.
Approach: Provide engineering support, project management, and supervision for generation projects across all operating areas, assisting client personnel in design,
engineering, installation, commissioning, and O&M.
Deliverables: Design criteria, standards, and specifications, technical evaluations and document reviews, and Project management and supervision reports
