Scope: Conduct ISO 9001:2015 gap analysis, documentation, and implementation support for SEC, including process review, revision of procedures, internal audits, staff training, and assistance to achieve certification.
Approach: Perform technical and commercial analyses, site visit, and feasibility assessments of single-phase vs. three-phase transformers, supported by international standards and SEC requirements.                                                                                               Deliverables: Case study (Rabigh Power Plant), updated specifications and maintenance policies, feasibility reports, recommendations, and presentations in SEC-approved formats.                                                                                                                                                                  Client Value: Provides SEC with clear, data-driven insights for transformer strategy, optimized maintenance policies, and informed decisions to enhance reliability, cost-effectiveness, and long-term asset management.
