Scope: To conduct cold and hot walkdowns and stress analysis of main steam, hot reheat, cold reheat, and feed water high energy piping and supports across units 5, 6, 7 and 8 boilers at GPP-II, and to deliver a comprehensive report with findings, failures, tests, and recommended modifications.
Approach:
1. Perform cold and hot walkdowns with stress analysis to assess piping and supports in critical boiler systems.
2. Perform stress analysis model for the four high energy piping and their support systems.
3. Recommend supports modifications, addition, repair, adjustment and calibrations requirements.
Deliverables: Detailed report covering findings, failures, test results, and recommended modifications.
